Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Fuchidori (the “App”), a Canva app provided by FlashMelody K.Murakami (“we”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. The App
The App lets you add text with layered outlines to your Canva designs. The App is currently provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or end the App, or add paid features, at any time.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the text and designs you create. You're responsible for making sure that your content, and any font files you upload, don't infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.
3. Fonts
The built-in fonts are provided by Google Fonts under their open licenses (such as the SIL Open Font License). If you upload your own font file, you're responsible for having the right to use that font for your purpose.
4. Canva
The App runs inside Canva, which is provided by Canva Pty Ltd. The App is not made by Canva. Your use of Canva is governed by Canva's own terms.
5. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or designs, arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

利用規約
この規約は、FlashMelody K.Murakami（以下「当方」）が提供するCanvaアプリ「Fuchidori」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリを利用することで、この規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、多重の縁取りを付けた文字をCanvaのデザインに追加するためのアプリです。現在は無料で提供しています。当方は、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の停止・終了、有料機能の追加を行うことがあります。
2. 利用者のコンテンツ
利用者が作成した文字やデザインの権利は、利用者に帰属します。コンテンツおよび読み込んだフォントファイルが、第三者の権利を侵害せず法令に違反しないことについては、利用者が責任を負います。
3. フォント
内蔵フォントは、Google Fontsがオープンなライセンス（SIL Open Font Licenseなど）で提供しているものです。手持ちのフォントファイルを読み込む場合、そのフォントを利用目的に使う権利を利用者が持っていることを確認してください。
4. Canvaについて
本アプリは、Canva Pty Ltdが提供するCanvaの中で動作しますが、Canvaが提供するものではありません。Canvaの利用には、Canvaの利用規約が適用されます。
5. 保証の否認
本アプリは、法令で認められる範囲で、現状のまま提供され、いかなる保証もしません。当方は、本アプリが中断なく、または不具合なく動作することを保証しません。
6. 責任の制限
法令で認められる範囲で、当方は、本アプリの利用によって生じた間接的・派生的な損害や、データやデザインの消失について責任を負いません。
7. 規約の変更
この規約は改定することがあります。改定した場合は、日付を更新してこのページに掲載します。改定後も本アプリを利用した場合は、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
8. 準拠法
この規約は日本法に準拠します。
